• Research: Involves creating a Governance and Sustainability Index, preparing Policy Briefs, research on academic performance management, and comparative studies.

• Societal Impact: Features the annual Good Governance Forum, a Sustainable Development Laboratory, and collaborations with local governments.

• Digital Transformation: Focuses on developing a digital governance platform, conducting studies on AI and ethics, and supporting the university's internal digitalization.

• Internationalization: Includes project collaborations with bodies like the Council of Europe, UNDP, and the EU Delegation, active participation in international networks, and exchange program.
