The Leadership and Governance Application and Research Center (Ekolider), operating within Izmir University of Economics, aims to cultivate future leaders by collaborating with the business world, public sector, and civil society, focusing on the principles of leadership, governance, and ethical values. Our center's vision is to establish a nationally and internationally recognized sphere of influence, grounded in transparency, accountability, and sustainable development goals.
