How to Arrive to Izmir?
By Air

İzmir’s main airport is İzmir Adnan Menderes International Airport (IATA: ADB), which is 18 km (11 miles) south of the city (http://www.adnanmenderesairport.com/izmiren/index.php). The distance between the airport and IUE is about 20 km.

By taxi
You may take a private taxi from the airport to the university. The journey takes approximately 20 minutes and the fare is around € 20.

How to get to City Center from Airport
For those who would like to stay in the city center, you may take the HAVAŞ airport shuttle bus to Alsancak (city center). Also, bus no. 200 operates between the airport and the city center.

How to get to IUE from City Center
To get to the campus from the city center, you may either take a taxi (will cost approximately €15) or local bus (no. 169 & 269)
